Yes, I'm one of those sp00ky chix in black. Except I like other colors
too, including pastels. Whatever. I've learned over the years that the
most significant differentiator between net.goths and regular goths is
that net.goths know better than to take themselves seriously.
I'm also a somewhat archaic net.user, in that I believe in
text-browser-friendly HTML, and write most of it manually myself. Have
you actually ever looked at the garbage that an automatic webpage
generator puts in the code? They're stupid things, like special codes for
a dash or an apostrophe, and it invariably gets misunderstood by some
browser. But I digress...
I took down my old gothy page a long time ago since most of the links were
broken, so it's about time that I made a new one. For the time being, I
guess it will just be links to my own stuff.
Convergence Photos
Convergence 2 - Boston
I was too wrapped up in my fiancee to take photos at Convergence
3 - San Francisco. It wasn't particularly memorable, anyway.
Convergence 4 - Toronto
Convergence 5 - New Orleans
Convergence 6 - Seattle (I wasn't very
inspired, and took all of 2 photos.)
I boycotted C7 in New York, but it worked out 'cause I got laid off
the week before
Convergence 8 - Montreal
Convergence 9 - Las Vegas
Convergence 10 - Chicago
Convergence 11 - San Diego
Convergence 12 - New Orleans
Convergence 13 - Portland, which was CURSED
because
among other bad things my camera barfed and I was stuck to the phonecam
Convergence
14 - Tampa
If you want to know more about upcoming Convergences, take a
look at the central website.
Once upon a time I figured out my Goth Code.
It, like most things on this site, is grossly outdated, but feel free to
look anyway.
Go read the newsgroups that made me feel I'd found my home:
alt.gothic,
alt.gothic.fashion

Are we
there yet?
